Glassine Paper
GENERAL INFO - This acid-free, unbuffered glassine paper is made from selected chemical pulp, for general
conservation use. Transparency of the paper is obtained in a special manufacturing process
that uses no salts, additives or chemical surface treatment.
PH VALUE - 6.8 to 7.5 at the time of manufacture.
APPLICATIONS - - Interleaving and wrapping in the conservation of paper and textiles
- Overlay in painting restoration
- Protective wrapping in preparation of works of art for shipment
